Reservation : a 50% non-refundable deposit by credit card or bank transfer is required for the reservation and the balance is payable 14 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation conditions:  :

• All cancellations must be made by written notice to info@gitedulactaureau.com
• More than 14 days before the arrival date: this 50% deposit is not refundable.
• 14 days and less before the arrival date no refund shall be made, except the security deposit which will be returned.

Deposit : A deposit of $300 per accommodation is required at least 1 day before the beginning of the stay and will be returned up to 3 days after the end of the stay after verification of the premises.
